This book is a game changer. If you read one book from this list, I would recommend this. It is a bit overkill IMO, but still it changed my life for the better.

I recommended this to a lot of friends. Mind boggling scientist’s story of communicating with plants.

Stillness is the Key by Ryan Holiday

Highly recommended, great for shifting perspective and creative process.

Beautiful read for musicians and/or mediators.

Conscious by Annaka Harris

By far the most approachable and still mind-bending book about consciousness I’ve read. Loved. A real life scifi journey.

I am so happy this finally exists. Practical and expansive guide for all things tripping: safety, best practices, and m

Now is the Way by Cory Allen

Lovely book about mindfulness for everyone, but IMO especially useful if you’re just getting started.

Everything in its Place by Oliver Sacks

The final book from one of my favorite authors. Filled with real wisdom and gratitude.

Exhalation by Ted Chiang

Absolutely loved this. If you are looking for some heady, beautiful fiction, this is my favorite in a long time. Can’t recommend enough. (He wrote the movie ‘Arrival’)

Polishing the Mirror by Ram Dass

Revisited this this week after Ram Dass passed, more potent than ever.

Consciousness Medicine by Francois Bourzat/Kristina Hunter

By far the best and most approachable book about of the therapeutic use of psychedelics I’ve read.

Mescaline by Mike Jay

This one blew me away and I will read again. There is so much wisdom and history about altered states of consciousness from the beginning of time until today, it’s really psychedelic Sapiens
