Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker

This book is a game changer. If you read one book from this list, I would recommend this. It is a bit overkill IMO, but still it changed my life for the better.

I recommended this to a lot of friends. Mind boggling scientist’s story of communicating with plants.

Stillness is the Key by Ryan Holiday

Highly recommended, great for shifting perspective and creative process.

The final book from one of my favorite authors. Filled with real wisdom and gratitude.

Absolutely loved this. If you are looking for some heady, beautiful fiction, this is my favorite in a long time. Can’t recommend enough. (He wrote the movie ‘Arrival’)

Polishing the Mirror by Ram Dass

Revisited this this week after Ram Dass passed, more potent than ever.
